She measures twice, mixes every color in the chair, and keeps her client list small enough that every install gets the attention it needs.

Deposits & Booking
A nonrefundable deposit is required to hold every appointment and is submitted during online booking. No deposit, no appointment. Your deposit is applied to the total cost of your service.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
Need to reschedule? Give at least 2 hours notice. Your deposit can move to a new date within 7 days of the original appointment. After day 5, a new deposit is required. No call, no show appointments result in being blocked from future booking.
Arrival & Guests
Arriving 15 minutes late without notice adds a $15 fee. After 20 minutes, the appointment is canceled and the deposit is forfeited. To keep the studio on schedule, kids and extra guests cannot attend appointments. Please make arrangements ahead of time.
After Hours & Travel
Evening appointments are available from 7pm to 3am when requested by 5pm, for a $100 fee. Travel appointments are available with rates based on distance, due one day before your appointment.
Prepping Your Hair
Bring bundles or a unit clean. Wash thoroughly with a clarifying shampoo or Dawn dish detergent and let them air dry fully before your appointment. Units that arrive dirty may carry an additional cleaning fee.
Reaching The Studio
Questions are welcome before 10pm. After that, expect a follow-up by 6:30am. For anything else, email the studio or send a message below.
